Job Description :
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects across our client base. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects, particularly in the realms of Remote Sensing and GIS (Geographic Information Systems). This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and customer success managers, to ensure all project components are aligned and moving forward efficiently.
Quality Assurance : Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet Spotlite's high standards of quality. Implement and oversee quality control processes.
Reporting and Documentation : Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare post-project reviews and recommend process improvements.
Remote Sensing and GIS Integration (optional) : Utilize your experience in Remote Sensing and GIS to ensure that geospatial data is accurately integrated into projects, providing valuable insights for clients.

Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and implement at least one significant improvement.
Client Feedback : Collect and analyze client feedback to refine project management practices and improve future project outcomes.
Remote Sensing/GIS Utilization (optional) : Effectively leverage Remote Sensing and GIS expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver added value to clients.
Qualifications :
Experience : 3+ years of experience in project management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Remote Sensing, GIS, or related fields.
Technical Skills (optional) : Strong understanding of Remote Sensing and GIS technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to project management.
Project Management Skills : Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with successful outcomes.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Certification : PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Flexibility : Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
