This role is pivotal in supporting the research group leader of several EU-funded projects in facilitating interactions with external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth implementation of European funded projects. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing diverse tasks. Job Duties The job duties will be the following: Full management of awarded projects, including administrative management of projects; Collaborate with relevant internal units and research groups to ensure alignment and support for project activities; Maintain accurate records of activities, communications, and outcomes to support project reporting; Provide general administrative support to a research group leader; Plan meetings with external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical and communication aspects are handled efficiently; Assist in managing interactions with stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, and fostering positive relationships. Mandatory Qualifications Education Degree in Science, Engineering or management. Experience Experience in project management and administration, preferably in a research or academic environment; Experience in organising events, workshops, or meetings, including logistical planning and stakeholder engagement.
