Managing resource allocation, team development, and optimization, planning, people performance, and satisfaction
Manage the plan, schedule, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the product
Empower development teams to take accountability for delivery, risk, and issue management and assist by removing blockers
Collaborate & builds strong relationships with all stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure their needs and expectations are met, the delivery plans are clear
Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest gamedev quality standards
Communicating project status updates to management
Managing project risks and issues
Facilitate critical incident management and technical roadmaps
Maintain reports, records, and documentation to reflect department activities
Improving communication and interaction processes, adapting pipelines from the point of view of lean project management
What kind of professional are we looking for? Ability to dive deep into complex issues of the project delivery
The clear understanding of business planning, capacity planning
Previous experience managing remote multi-location teams
Previous experience in a PC \ PS product game development company (3+ years)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English (B2+)
Experience of work in matrix management system will be a plus
As an advantage experience in development of shooters (FPS\TPS)
