Administrative and operational support of the project managers and the project team by Coordination and agreement of project meetings with various participants and stakeholders Logging of team, project, and customer appointments Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings Supporting the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders Creation of presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets) Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team Support in meeting timelines/deadlines Preparation of project documentation for reuse in other project Main requirements You have already gained initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.B. team assistant, project assistant, project management) You were already part of a technical project team You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working You have knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban) You are confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint) You are fluent in English.
