Your Responsibilities: Administrative and operational support of the project managers and the project team by coordinating and agreeing on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders. Logging of team, project, and customer appointments. Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings. Supporting the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders. Creation of presentations and related documents (e.G., Excel spreadsheets). Capture project status and metrics for presentation to both the client and the team. Support in meeting timelines/deadlines. Preparation of project documentation for reuse in other projects. Main Requirements You have already gained initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.G., team assistant, project assistant, project management). You were already part of a technical project team. You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working. You have knowledge of modern development methods (e.G., Scrum, Kanban). You are confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello, Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint). You are fluent in English.
