A day as a Project Manager
Plan and Coordinate project delivery activities;Ensure project delivery quality;Define the project planning and execution with the Head of the Department and/or the Technical Lead;Ensure timely delivery and achievement of project milestones and deliverables project delivery dates;Create awareness about risks of non-compliance with deadlines/results and manage accordingly with the team and technical lead;Analyse and plan with the PMO or Technical Lead the change and contribution requests change orders customers and / or partners;Coordinate and deliver the writing of project reports.
Your out-of-the-box skills
