We are looking for an Project Manager to work in this project in Aveiro .
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordination and agreement of project meetings with various participants and stakeholders;
- Logging of team, project, and customer appointments;
- Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings;
- Supporting the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders;
- Creation of presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets);
- Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team;
- Support in meeting timelines/deadlines;
- Preparation of project documentation for reuse in other projects.
Requirements:
- You have already gained initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.B. team assistant, project assistant, project management)
- You were already part of a technical project team
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- You have knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban)
- You are confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are fluent in English.
