The Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department's mission within the IT Group aims to structure, strengthen, and harmonize IT risk management and cybersecurity for the overall Group (approximately 30 entities). This includes:
Defining the vision and strategy for IT risk management and cybersecurity, and ensuring the implementation of this strategy within the Group's operating entities.Monitoring the security of the Group's information systems.Steering the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework.The evolving Cyberthreats landscape increases the security risk for the financial sector, necessitating the strengthening of its Cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management, and Operational Resilience.
Within the IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud (CDF) department, you will be part of the extended team in Portugal, specifically in the Global Services team. Our team will be located both in Paris and Lisbon, and has two main objectives:
Execute the IT Group CDF Xshore program to build Group-wide international setups to increase CDF capabilities, closely supporting and onboarding all the CDF teams involved in the Xshore program.Deploy new Cybersecurity services (or leverage existing services) dedicated to the entities.As an Offshore Project Manager, you will primarily work on the first objective.
Main Responsibilities: Contribute to the deployment of the CDF Xshore program in Portugal, India, and Poland.Manage CDF initiatives (i.e., sub-projects) up to Go live as per defined Third-Party Risk Management process, governance, and methodology.Provide operational support to CDF teams in their implementation of the extended team in Portugal, India, and Poland; organize change management for onshore teams.Work with SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, etc.) to identify the main risks.Mitigate the risks by defining, following, and executing actions to meet SMEs conditions (as defined in the risk assessment of the Xshore program).Elaborate the contract (SLA, billing process) between CDF Department and each location concerned, and supervise the contracting.Contribute to the reporting required at CDF level (monthly steering committee) and by IT Group Central Sourcing teams (project card, risks, etc.).Technical Skills: English (Mandatory)Project managementRisk knowledge & outsourcing awarenessGeneral knowledge of IT topics or IT Risk and CyberSoft Skills: Ability to synthesize/simplifyCommunication skills - oral & writtenProactive, with critical thinking skillsAbility to explain and manage changeAbility to lead meetings, seminars, and committeesAbility to establish and activate networksAbility to negotiateAbility to understand defined governance and methodology, and to elaborate transversal processes
