We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our Culture & Impact team - CEO Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in managing cross-functional projects, specially within the People and Culture area. A passion for company culture and social impact is essential, as this role will involve programming to these areas.
What you'll be doing: Plan, execute and oversee cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for execution of projects.
Measure project performance and impact using appropriate tools and systems.
Lead projects that align with the company's culture and impact goals.
Develop and implement programs that promote internal engagement.
Take ownership of special projects that will include employee engagement and external audiences.
What you need to have: 2-3 years of proven experience as Project Manager, ideally within HR and culture projects.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Works with flexibility on handling different projects with different focus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and creative problem solving skills - specially oriented to the solution and not the path to make it work.
