Actively participate in defining the Digital Assets strategy, which involves identifying suitable platforms for integration into Global Markets. This includes driving new opportunities and proposing innovative solutions based on a deep understanding of products, client needs, Global Markets, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the scoping process, such as organizing workshops and gathering business requirements, while managing governance, prioritization, and the delivery of new features and products for the digital assets platform. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders, including Primary (e.g., DCM, Syndicate), Secondary (e.g., Sales, Trading), the Tech team, and other Group Metiers Digital Leads.
Gather feedback from Global Markets' end-users and support functions to refine the product and ensure it delivers a best-in-class digital experience.
Maintain comprehensive written documentation related to the platform and all relevant information. Continuously seek out, propose, and implement innovative or alternative solutions ahead of competitors to address cross-functional issues or improve processes. This aims to enhance the customer journey, optimize organizational efficiency, or support new business ventures and ideas.
Assist in developing a communication strategy for digital assets, both internally and externally, addressing clients and key stakeholders.
Guide and support team members by taking a leadership role in decision-making, particularly when dealing with complex problems that require advanced analysis or specialized experience.
Ideal Profile Higher degree in engineering, finance or computer science field.
Strong background in Capital Markets and project management.
Knowledge in the blockchain/Crypto/Digital assets is preferred but not mandatory.
Proactively able to think strategically, identify areas of development and take initiative to implement relevant actions, in the short, medium and long term.
Strong relationship management skills and an ability to work with individuals from different backgrounds and seniority to ensure the delivery of set objectives.
