At Winning Consulting, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in a project in one of our clients in the banking industry.
As a Project Manager, you have to have:Experience of successful Lean / Operational Excellence project deliveryExperience of working within financial servicesBusiness Analyst preferably as part of business changeExperience in documenting and presenting process flows / diagramsUnderstanding and experience of the full project lifecycleAbility to find innovative ways of solving or pre-empting problemsEnglish - B2/C1 - Portuguese NativeSkills2 to 3 years of experience in a mixed profile: BA/PMExperience in IT / banking experience (valued)Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)English - B2/C1 - Portuguese NativeAdditional Information3 days onsite and 2 remoteImmediate availability
