The selected candidate will be part of a team based in Porto and will work in a high-tech learning environment, with colleagues across all Euronext locations. Part of your responsibilities will include monitoring project/initiatives progress, scheduling meetings, and organizing project documents and reports. In parallel, the job includes tracking team processes and recurrent tasks KPIs. The Trainee will work closely with other colleagues from different teams across the Production Services department to ensure that the information captured is reliable and that the action points are tracked and executed, ensuring Operational Readiness
