Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and standards;Support on monitor of project progress, adherence to timelines and quality standards;Support on preparation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, and presentations;Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking;Support with transitions, including taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, creation of documentation, and ensuring milestones are met;Assist with strategic projects by handling documentation, coordinating meetings, and performing other related activities to ensure project success.Requirements: College degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or similar;Good understanding and experience in MS PowerPoint;Interest in Agile methodologies is a Plus;Ability to plan, document, and report status reports;Communicative and good Interpersonal Skills;Critical and Logical Thinking;Proactive, organized, and flexible;English proficiency written and spoken.At Webasto, you will be part of our sustainability strategy, which incorporates ecological, social, and economic dimensions.
