Job Description Your contribution to something big: Execute and monitor projects with public investment during all phases (application preparation & negotiation with funding entity, Kick-off & Charter, Execution & Benefit delivery, and closure); Development and support implementation of Consortiums Partnership Governance Model following best practices and coordinate relations between consortium stakeholders; Support and coach technical project teams in their activities namely, planning, risk management, KPI tracking, and more; Monitor projects status and KPIsand produce regular tracking reports regarding scope, time and cost, quality, risk and issues; Monitor and support technical project teams in investment planning and acquisition process (equipment, materials, services); Prepare and provide all project technical documentation (project charters, technical annex, etc.); Manage communications with funding entities, namely: change requests process (scope and schedule), clarification of doubts from authorities, and more. Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education: Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field. Experience: Proven experience handling publicly funded projects (preferably in R&D); proven experience in project management (PMP certification or equivalent preferred). Know How: Expertise in project management and handling public funding; ability to use analytical tools to solve complex problems.
