We consult them with our holistic, 360° digital advisory service, encompassing the data-driven discovery of digitalization potential along their business processes.
Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:
Assist senior PMO and PM in managing project activities.
Oversee and manage project documentation revisions and distribution.
Provide assistance in activities such as reporting, controlling tasks, updating specific deliverables, and/or providing basic training to coworkers.
Understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
Solve problems in stressful situations.
Demonstrate resilience and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a variety of contexts.
Independently assign priorities to multiple tasks and manage time efficiently to deliver results on time.
Comprehend and interpret instructions, elaborate short email correspondence, document meeting memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
Respond to common inquiries from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate:
General graduation degree required. Preference for background in IT, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
Previous project management experience not required.
Written and spoken English at a negotiation level is a must; additional language like German is a plus.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
