Project Management Office Specialist | Strategy and Operations | Deep-Tech Startup @ Personalized MedicinePart-timeWe're looking for an awesome Project Management Office Specialist/Associate (Part-time/ Fractional) to join our Strategy and Operations team on our journey to build our PMO practice to revolutionize personalized medicine.ResponsibilitiesCreating PMO practice: Assist in building our PMO practice within iLoF, creating the platform, implementing best practices, monitoring implementation, and ensuring up-to-date information to ensure consistent project execution across the organization.Support Project Governance: Assist in establishing and maintaining project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent project execution.Assist in Portfolio Management: Support the PMO in overseeing the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.Resource Coordination: Help in the effective allocation of resources across projects, addressing any resource constraints.Risk Monitoring: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Performance Tracking: Support the monitoring of project performance, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and performance for senior management and stakeholders.Process Improvement: Participate in evaluating and improving project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Training Support: Assist in providing training and mentoring to project managers and team members on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Minimum RequirementsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.Experience: Some experience in project management or a PMO role is preferred. Internships or project-based coursework will be considered.Project Management Skills: Basic understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assist in assessing project performance and implementing improvements.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project documentation and reporting.About iLoFAs personalized medicine becomes the norm, scientists, patients, and healthcare systems worldwide face massive barriers in providing the right treatment to the right patient.
