We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PMO Support, standing for our Project Management Officer.
The PMO Support will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, monitor progress, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the PMO through the following tasks:
Administration of project events eg booking meetings, arranging travel and other ad hoc activities as needed by project leadership
Administration of project reports including submission to Transformation Team and monitoring of timing of report delivery to ensure submitted in timely manner
Maintain weekly project status reports and RAID logs.
Support maintaining project plan to monitor and track progress.
Actively enhancing and refining project management practices to achieve better outcomes
Contribute to PMO Digitalization with tools development and enhancement such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Power BI for the following – Scope Management, Resource Management, Lessons Learned, RAID, Stage Gates, Audit Deliverables, Program and Project Analytics and KPI's
Ensure compliance with aligned project methodology is being implemented at a deployment level

Requirements

Between 2 – 5 years of experience in an IT project PMO role
Good attitude, desire to learn and work in a team
Strong administrative and communication skills
Organized and rigorous in completion of tasks
Ability to escalate issues as needed
Project Management experience using Smartsheet & Azure DevOps
Desire if the candidate has worked in a previous Microsoft D365FO (Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) implementation
Fluent English speaker, with and any other European languages being an advantage
