We are looking to hire a dynamic Project Management Office Analyst to join our company, in a hybrid work model. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all projects are running smoothly, on budget, and on time. You'll also liaise with project team members to gather, analyze, and monitor project data, as well as prepare project status reports.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets
Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
Support in analysis of resource utilization
Gathering and analyzing project data to identify weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags
Preparing project status reports for management review
Ensuring all project strategies follow company standards, as well as federal laws and regulations when applicable
Analyze expenses to understand variances, trends against the budget and review variances with management
Work closely with management to support the preparation of the Company strategy documentation
Requirements:
Some experience as a Project Management Office Analyst or a similar role is preferred
Strong knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
Proficient in Primavera software, Project Management module, including project setup and configuration; planner (schedule, resources, activities, etc.), monitoring, and control
High standard of professional English language (spoken and written)
Minimum Level of Education, Certification & Licenses Required:
Degree in project management or a similar field and degree in Business or Finance is preferred or equivalent work experience required
