This continuous improvement program will be defined and implemented into the Strategy Deployment process in close cooperation with stakeholders in various departments. You will be part of the global HBK SBS board and work with colleagues around the globe to further influence and develop the SBS.D aily work may include, but is not limited to:Planning and scheduling strategic project tasks, overseeing day-to-day execution, and monitoring progress, with authority and responsibility from the Project BoardLeading the way on our SBS/Lean journeyDeveloping a Lean program around SQDIPSustaining and improving an Obeya RoomImplementing and maintaining Visual Management toolsAnalyzing operational data to determine inefficiencies and develop corrective actionsWorking with different leaders to develop our Lean culture to "best in class"Challenge the company's Lean thinking and develop visual ways of showing what great looks likeReporting results to the SBS team across HBK (Portugal, Germany, China, Denmark, England)Informing the site's top management team on our Lean improvementsKnowledge And Skill RequirementsHave a minimum of 5 years of documented experience with Lean implementation and processes. Have a strong understanding of the high fives /continuous improvement methodologies utilizing SQDIP and how to introduce those initiatives into the manufacturing process. Experience running Kaizen events and delivering efficiency improvements through other Lean tools and approaches. A vision of where we need to go and delivering on execution.
