Do you want to play a key role in shaping the future of electrified systems and solutions? We are looking for a Project Lead Life Cycle Management – Electric Solutions to drive the optimization and innovation of our product portfolio, contributing to efficient heat supply systems for residential buildings.
Shape the future: Enhance the quality and efficiency of our electrified systems, with a strong focus on heat pump components.Collaborate effectively: Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement product improvements from concept to final delivery.Take ownership: Develop and maintain engineering deliverables, including material specifications and if required update 3D CAD models and 2D drawings (nice to have).Drive innovation: Analyze the product portfolio to identify quality improvement and cost reduction opportunities while transferring optimized concepts into mass production.Communicate internationally: Act as a key communicator within an international and cross-functional team, ensuring smooth alignment across departments.Education: A completed Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.Experience: Knowledge in engineering change management, serial production processes, and/or quality analysis and problem solving is essential.Some experience in designing, specifying, building, and testing hardware components and systems will be useful.Familiarity with heat pump systems and knowledge of refrigeration and hydraulic systems design is highly valued.Experience ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legal regulations is a plus.Know-How: Skills in problem solving methods, CAD tools (Siemens NX), and SAP R3 being desirable.Understanding of product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.Languages: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
