Project Director Competitive Salary + Package Lisbon, Portugal Responsibilities: Lead successful end to end project delivery for large greenfield campus ensuring project is safely delivered on schedule, on budget and meeting all quality objectives. Coordination of a development project for a data centre campus, starting from due diligence and master planning to implementation, handover, certification and acceptance Creation of project delivery plans that are aligned with the customer's requirements and include communication plans and take into account important events. Ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the project and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues as needed. Purposeful commitment to improving our project management capabilities through standardization and automation in the area of Linesight projects for data centres. Coaching, mentoring and training the entire team on continuous improvement techniques and standard procedures for reporting results Promote the development and governance of the reporting required at the program level on project status in terms of scheduling, budgeting, safety and project risks Ensuring consistent implementation of the company's standards for project and program delivery by all project stakeholders within the scope of all projects Preferred Requirements: Proven experience in data center construction/project management with increasing levels of leadership and people management Have a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or another construction related discipline EU or UK Passport #J-18808-Ljbffr
