This position is based in our office in Portugal. Below, you will find information that will be useful in determining if you meet the technical requirements for the offered position:
Responsibilities:
Manage project legalization files, liaising with Public Administration, network operators, and stakeholders to secure the necessary permits promptly from origination to RTB, ensuring control of reception and response to administrative requirements and meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with technical and legal teams in Spain to prepare project and administrative documentation necessary for obtaining connection permits and facility authorizations.
Identify and manage opportunities for land and site acquisition. Establish and maintain relationships with land brokers and other key intermediaries to facilitate the acquisition of suitable sites. Support contract negotiations with landowners, including drafting land purchase agreements and easement contracts.
Monitor the status of distribution (MT) and transmission (AT) electrical networks and oversee regulations related to the authorization, construction, and operation of renewable energy plants.
Conduct preliminary evaluations of site restrictions and estimate associated costs, including network connection and effective utilization of available areas.
Supervise and report on project progress, ensuring a consistent documentation repository.
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Law, or a related discipline.
At least 2-3 years of experience in energy project development, preferably in Renewable Energy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel across the Iberian Peninsula.
Knowledge of the regulatory framework in Portugal and ability to manage administrative procedures with local authorities.

Annual salary package composed of a fixed and a variable component.
Hybrid work model regulated by law: 80% remote work + 20% office presence. Residing in Porto is not required.
