Together We deployed the first-ever nationwide ticketing system which processes over 50 million ticketing transactions in 100 cities daily.We are currently looking for a Senior Telecom System Engineer to join Thales GTS as a Project Design Authority.The Project Design Authority is the technical leader of the bid or project team, acting as lead technical interface with the Customer and availability to go on international mobility assignment.Project Design Authority main responsibilities include:Defines and proposes innovative solutions to meet customer requirements in compliance with product / system technical strategy; Assesses technique and technological choices to ensure the best trade-off between customer requirements, technical solutions and cost & risk control;Ensures standardisation and adequate re-use; Contributes to technical specification definition and to the subcontractor choice for needed subsystem acquisition, considering possible export control restrictions; Full commitmentwith the Contractual/Project Dates; Support to the Installation Supervision, Test & Commissioning and Maintenance activities; Give support inthe preparation of project plans, by estimating the effort and time needed to accomplish the tasks, and identify risks; Approves the main bid/project engineering reviews and deliverables.; Organizes, whenappropriate, technical meetings and peer reviews in order to perform the solution technical assessment and validation; Responsible to agree the compliance of project requirements with client
