Project Delivery Manager Mission: Galp is looking for a Project Delivery Manager with the mission of promoting and managing the delivery of projects and improvements with excellence.
What You'll Do: Manage improvement and project delivery teams, integrated into the Delivery area;Identifying, predicting, and removing blockages that may impact the delivery of improvements and projects;Understand the requirements and design of technological solutions, passing on this knowledge to the other areas of T2D;Managing risks and issues;Monitoring and supporting IT projects that have an impact on the respective team;Ensuring capacity management, anticipating growth trends, and proposing solutions to ensure the team required to deliver;Managing application outsourcing services, controlling the respective SLAs and penalties/incentives, with a view to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement;Promote continuous process improvement through simplification, automation, and improvement in the IT solutions that support them.What You'll Need: Minimum of 10 years' experience in implementing and managing technology projects in complex business environments;Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement;Experience in managing outsourced services and in the financial management of contracts/projects;Focus on the customer and service delivery;Strong problem-solving orientation and proactive search for improvements that bring benefits to Galp's applications, suggesting and leading innovative initiatives;Ability to work in a team;Oral and written fluency in English.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
