Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Project Coordinator is to support the Senior Director of Project Management in ensuring the smooth execution and governance of the MoonLake Operational Plan (MOP). Key Accountabilities: Support and shadow the Senior Director Project Management in ensuring adherence to the Moonlake governance structure and processes.Keep MoonLake Operational Plan (MOP) up to date (in Microsoft Project) with key business stakeholders and translate this into meeting materials / status reports / priority lists etc. for the different governance meetings.Assist in the arrangement and management of governance meeting agendas, slide decks, minutes etc.Champion and foster a culture change promoting and identifying cross functional interdependencies.Provide the Senior Director Project Management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on the MoonLake Operation Plan.Evaluating risk on company projects, and assist with identifying owners and mitigations.Use the MOP to assess capacity and resourcing, demand planning & actuals including 3rd parties. Your profileExperience: 2-5 years of experience in a project management or PMO environmentBiotechnology experience in a fast paced start-up environment and advantageExperience of pulling together monthly reporting to a senior audience.Solid presentation skills with strong analytical, oral communication, and written capabilitiesRelationship building with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and geographiesAbility to scope, plan, execute, and track projects with autonomy, if assigned.Ability to work independently and in group settings.Critical Competencies: Strong organisation skillsExcellent written/verbal communicationPrioritisation/organisation skillsFoundational Project Management skillsNegotiation and influencing skills.Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.Ability to pay attention to detailAbility to manage time effectively.'Get stuff done' attitude, we need people to be flexible to do what is required these things may not always be exactly what is in the job description.Work Location: At least 2 days a week in our central Cambridge office with 4-6 days a month international travel (Mainly Europe).
