YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You define a conceptual framework for efficient and effective process and project management for HR.
You analyze and evaluate our existing HR process landscape, identify process weaknesses as well as potential for improvement and initiate measures for consistent simplification, reduction of administrative work, and automation.
You identify improvement opportunities within HR and manage solution implementation in an efficient and timely manner.
You analyze and implement global standards across the business units by introducing policies, quality gates/checks, trainings, etc.
You research new trends within the HR market and implement them into the SIXT organization.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER You have a consulting or coaching background with extensive experience in managing your stakeholders effectively.
You come with Human Resource and/or Recruiting domain knowledge as well as profound experience in Human Resource process implementation and/or project management in a metrics organized company.
You are an expert in MS Office package (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
You bring analytical skills with a strategic mind-set and hands-on mentality to implement processes in a complex organizational setting.
You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
