We require capable individual with significant project and programme management experience as well as experience in managing large scale accounts.What you'll be doing:You will be responsible for the management of several project managers to ensure project reporting is undertaken, collaborating on issue and risk management and escalating issues as required to the appropriate level.Working in a fast paced and highly responsive environment the candidate must be a highly competent Programme Manager with excellent communication and decision-making skills.What we want from you:Experience in software development Project Management experience, with experience eCommerceExcellent negotiation skills and an ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.Accurate and detailed Programme level reportingExperience of managing people and financial budgets (including programme budgeting, monitoring financials etc.) ideally in an eCommerce environmentExperience of overseeing 3rd parties.Minimum of five years' experience working in an Agile environmentWorking knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum and KanbanProven track record of working with organisations moving from Waterfall to Agile delivery approachesStrong leadership skills with experience of managing and mentoring other project managers.Strong time management & organisational skills.Excellent communication and relationship management skillsGood commercial knowledge, experience of contract negotiations would be advantageous
