Your job will be: Project / Program Management of business critical and cross-functional-team projects
Responsibilities: Program Management of business critical and inter-connected internal projects Coordinate and monitor projects, deadlines and oversee execution to ensure goals are met
Meet with stakeholders (CAD, R&D, IT, Proj.Mgrs., Management) and provide regular status updates
Identify and help to resolve higher scope issues to achieve the goals of the projects
Track deployment, adoption and impact of the outcome of the projects
Define and implement report templates with metrics and dashboards to promote process improvement
Prepare reports, both project level reports and executive reports. Report to executives.
Requirements and Skills Technical background (Bachelor or above in Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering)
10+ years of proven experience as a Project or Program Manager in the semiconductor industry
Good familiarity with semiconductor design flows and EDA tools (analog, digital or both)
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Good Knowledge of risk management and change management principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and deliver crisp and concise insights (in English)
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with remote stakeholders across a global organization
Outstanding teamwork, leadership and organizational skills
