PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND THE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Network product team is delivering global network solution to the AXA Group in three product family (End User connectivity, DC, Security). There are many projects happening in those product lines and also in transversal operational teams.
POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES
The Project manager will be responsible for the following actions:
1) The Project preparation
Lead the definition of the delivery and QOS objectives and the KPIs of the project in alignment with the strategic plan, in collaboration with the entities and the key stakeholders.
Build, formalize and get approvals on the build principles.
Identify the resources of the execution team, define the roles and responsibilities.
Build the starting pack together with the PMO (risk matrix, financials, resources, planning..).
Work closely with other ongoing programs and projects (Move to the Cloud, One Workplace, Security, audit remediations …) to secure Network Department objectives.
2) The technologic acquisitions
Collaborate in the RFP process: Analyze the answers, and select the vendor with the technical teams and the procurement.
Identify the opportunities of implementation in the entities and prepare the detailed planning.
Communicate together with the PMO the progress.
3) The project implementation
Define the implementation process and secure the delivery.
Ensure with the technical teams the quality of the execution and the good synchronization of the project implementation steps. Track deliverables and challenge them.
Secure and monitor the product roadmap (Process, lifecycle..).
Organize with the Operations department the product efficiency (QoS..).
Monitor and report periodically on project progresses in its various dimensions to the PMO.
Provide support, guidance and advice for the PMO.
Maintain/update/centralize relevant documentation and processes.
Your Profile
PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
o Experience
7-10 years of experience in an IT environment with at least 3 years in Project Consulting / Project Management roles.
Familiar with Network environment (have already managed Network projects), ability to understand the technologies. Security knowledge is highly appreciated.
Proven success in delivering international complex projects.
Ability to work in tight planning (matrix environment, work with senior executives).
Experience in process improvement and organizational transformation.
Experience of working with senior leaders, political awareness and stakeholder sensitivity.
Experience in agile way of working highly appreciated.
Project management certification is an advantage (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
o Competencies
Strong project management skills.
Good understanding of Network principles and technologies.
Ability to rapidly understand and exercise sound judgement on a range of complex and diverse issues.
Excellent written & verbal communication.
Very high level of organization & structure in complex environment.
Pragmatic, solution oriented, with high quality delivery.
Autonomy & ability to prioritize personal workload and deal with potential conflicting priorities.
Ability to adapt rapidly to changes and to acquire new capabilities.
Fluent English, French is a plus.
