We are recruiting for a Program Manager (M/F).Work directly with the business to drive a program from initiation through delivery. Provide daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources. Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges. Support business owners to drive a large program or multiple projects. Work closely with program/process owners to identify business changes and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy. Manage large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. Lead large, cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. Engage with executive leadership as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.Support the efforts to drive proactive seller activation across all SMC-C GTM Programs, leveraging Protea and other tools to support targeting.Gather information on monthly execution across all programs and compile them in a monthly update that can be used in ROBs with leadership.Support the collection of field insights on program execution across timezones and support the design and execution of solutions for identified gaps.Responsible for preparing an SMC-C Security Programs Monthly update or updating an Internal Programs landing page with such updates.Looking for some experience and the ability to cover different languages (English + another language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German). Ideally, someone who has MSFT experience.We offer 2500€ gross per month and 6€ food per day.
