Job Description

The Professional in Corporate Communications Internal Operations works with subject matter experts across the company to build compelling internal communications campaigns and content across written and visual channels. The person in this role understands how to work with multiple stakeholders, time zones, and priorities to create engaging communications that are on brand, relevant, and enticing to the target audience. As a key contributor to the internal communications team, this role works with People Solutions, ESG, Engagement and other corporate stakeholders on key communications initiatives as well as supporting the broader team on large, complex campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

Ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand and make recommendations about the communications approach and evolve and adjust the approach as needs change.
Use good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to ensure that all game-changers receive the right information at the right time, no matter where they are in the world.
Develop and evolve communications materials for global roll-out, from idea creation to execution and measurement.
Work closely with our creative, brand, and regional teams to ensure consistent alignment with our brand globally.
Effectively report results and make data-driven recommendations.
Communications strategy and planning.
Support additional communications projects as required to support company goals.
Requirements include:

Approximately 5 years of experience in managing internal communications initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to execute short-term priorities in response to the demands of the business.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.), ASANA is a plus.
