Job Description - Professional Activation Specialist (2407026621W)Kenvue is currently recruiting for Professional Activation Specialist. This position reports into Group Brand Activation Manager Selfcare & Professional and is based in Portugal.
Brands in scope: all the consumer healthcare brands involved in the professional activation strategy (OTC such as Nicorette, Imodium, Kompensan; Skin Health – Neutrogena, Aveeno and Essential Health – Listerine).

What will you doThe Professional Activation Specialist will contribute to the growth of the business through a profound knowledge of our patients and prescribers (doctors and pharmacists) and market dynamics. Propose and implement the professional programs of the consumer health division, contributing to building strong brand awareness and driving brand recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrescribers and Consumer understanding – Getting insights (external & internal) according to existing tools and methodologies, and transform it into actions that generate growth for our brands with our customers – doctors and pharmacists; Develop strong trust relationships with HCP's KOL's, being present in congresses, advisory boards, etc. but also by visiting with the Professional Team.Professional Business Plan Implementation – Support the brand teams on the definition of the professional marketing strategy and activities; Implement the Professional Strategy with the Professional Team Supervisor; define the priorities per cycle and per type of prescriber; define and develop the professional training materials to be used each cycle; Create and maintain the digital Sales Folder; define the congress Strategy and guarantee the participation of Kenvue (materials, samples,…); propose and Implement the Omnichannel Strategy for the Professional Plan (digital marketing; professional print,…).Connect with cluster and regional teams - Be part of the Professional Squad leveraging the Portuguese indicatives, proposing new ideas, sharing local insights, and taking the regional and cluster benchmarks to drive synergies, scale best practices and optimize plans. Monitor and track KPIs according to specialties and brand mix.Working closely with AGILE cross-department teams that exist in the following processes:
Professional Activations & Events (congresses for example)Engage with KOL'sNew Product LaunchProfessional Sales MeetingsOther processes and activities that require multi-function task forces (HCC processes)Special focus on working with: Professional Sales Team, Cluster Professional Marketing and Medical Affairs | Regulatory.Brand reviews and Sales meetings – Responsible for presenting results and activities, priorities, and available tools.Finance responsibilities – Budget control, cost efficiency analysis, invoicing control.Health & Safety – Guarantee the full compliance with all health and safety internal guidelines, policies, and procedures.QualificationsWhat we are looking for Required QualificationsDegree in Pharmacy or other medical Science.Post-graduate education, or equivalent, in health care markets and/or business administration is desirable.3+ years of experience in similar functions.Experience working with Doctors (e.g. clinical sessions, advisory boards, congresses, others) and with Detailing teams.Development of detailing/scientific materials, and omnichannel campaigns.Experience in leading professional strategy definition and execution.Market data analyses from providers like HMR, IQVIA is a plus.MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Proficiency in Portuguese and English – Verbal and Written Communication.Interpersonal communication skills.Passion for science | Strong Scientific skills.Results Oriented | Sense of urgency.Strategic thinking.Agile Mindset and collaborative team player.Ability to work cross-functional and lead through influence.Innovative and Problem-solving oriented.Analytical Skills.What's in it for youHealth insurance.Life insurance.Pension Plan.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
