Among other responsibilities, this encompasses: Client-focused tasks - to participate and create implementations and projects that meet client needs, to ensure the best fit, cost control, meeting deadlines, and seamless functional quality. Continuous Improvement - gather internal requirements and promote its review/optimisation on web-based forums. Attention to details - gather and analyze requirements along with other Customer Operations teams, to develop services and apps that meet expectations and needs, as well as coordinate user acceptance tests. Project Management - contribute, plan and develop implementation projects along with other teams (technical and non-technical). Who you are Higher education degree. Knowledge of telecommunication industry. Prior exposure to Project Management. Able to establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders. Autonomy, resilience, and adaptation skills.
