We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
Contribute to the identification of productivity ideas, by analysing existing data in various locations (like for example cost breakdowns).
Monitor productivity performance within the team, by supporting the follow-up of applications and supporting on their update.
Support collect data from other actors in the company, such as Program Managers and PC&L, to fuel the activity of the Productivity buyers.
Follow-up productivity actions in the plant, such as yield improvement, packaging and other possible actions, until their implementation.
Support productivity buyers in data collection in the system, to allow better decisions.

Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business
Knowledge of productivity / lean management methodology
Knowledge of production, quality and logistics
Fluent English
Ability to work in matrix organization
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excel and Power BI
