Job Description As Quality Production Leader, I manage one of suppliers in order to guarantee reliable product quality and I improve sustainable development in production I ensure the customer satisfaction by providing the product quality meet customer expectation I ensure Human responsibility and Environment level of our suppliers to meet Decathlon's requirements My ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: By identifying the risks and managing solution finding, I make my suppliers autonomous and improve continuously their performance (Quality, Sustainable development, Process).
Qualifications Supplier management (performance, production control plan, assessements, derogations) Customer satisfaction Product Homologation Chemical risk management Sustainable development Risk Analysis & Management I improve the current process using different problem solving tools and methodologies.
