Your daily responsibilities will include managing interactions and fostering collaboration with partners to uphold the highest standards of product quality throughout our supply chain. Positioned at the core of our global Supply Chain, you'll have a direct impact on driving Emma's exponential growth.
What you'll do Design, implement and manage the strategy for the quality management system;
Lead customer claim management to ensure the best customer experience and efficiency within the supply chain;
Define, monitor and control supplier quality and cost of quality metrics;
Validate and optimize the first production to ensure the quality and the technicity of the mass production;
Manage root cause analysis and corrective action plans against non-conformances;
Work with cross-functional teams from R&D, Procurement, Operations and Customer Excellence;
Provide internal as well as external methodical knowledge for quality management aimed toward continuous improvement;
Ensure that Emma Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance.
Who we are looking for You have studied engineering, supply chain management or a related field;
You have relevant working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or quality management;
You are a self-starter and can work independently;
You have a positive mindset and driven by continuous improvement to overcome problems and to find out of box – solutions;
You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data and have a problem-solving mindset;
You enjoy working with different teams and take high ownership for your tasks;
You consider multiple aspects when making business-relevant, pragmatic decisions, balancing customer-centricity and business requirements;
You are fluent in English (other EU languages are a plus).
