POSITION SUMMARY: As a Production Planner and Lean specialist, you will be responsible to manage the following activities: (i) planning our production, (ii) monitor production status, (iii) manage lean activities, and (iv) optimize production processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement lean manufacturing activities for improving the operations and processes within the organization,Define production plan and work orders according to forecast and backlog orders,Identify improvement opportunities within our current allocation and planning process;Monitor production status and performance, identifying deviations and tactically adjusting allocation/ capacity,Follow-up on relevant indicators and act to achieve results, building analysis to increase visibility on short medium-term trends and deviations,Implement standard work, visual factory, and error proofing methodologies (like poka yoke);Introduce continuous improvement methodologies to the production,Planning the production activities according with project requirements,Interface with suppliers to ensure high quality level for all outsourcing activities.INTERACTIONS & INTERFACES: Will interact with technical and operations teams,Reports to Production Planner and Lean Coordinator.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: BA/BS degree with a preference in Engineering,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and lean management or similar positions is a plus,Experience in the EV industry, energy, or electrical industry is a plus,Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams),ERP experience (preferred),Power BI (preferred),Proficiency in English (level B2 - spoken and written),Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationship,Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.A FINAL NOTE:

The personal data is processed for the purposes of selecting and recruiting the Candidate, and if selected, integrating i-charging within the framework of an employment contract/internship relationship.

The processing of personal data related to the applicant's disability is based on the need to comply with obligations arising from labour and social protection legislation.
