Novares co-develops and provides engineering and manufacturing expertise to virtually every OEM in the world and many Tier 1 companies in the automotive market.Novares, which is behind the construction of one in three vehicles in the world, achieved a turnover of 1.2 billion euros in 2022, thanks to its presence in 22 countries, its 38 manufacturing plants, its 7 centers of expertise, its 7 technical centers and 17 customer service centers around the world to partner with customers.We are looking for a Production Manufacturing Engineering Leader for our plant in Arouca.Your mission:Defining and validating the current standards and their evolution: line layout, time sequences, "in production" modifications for the plant processes.Improving the performance of the means: provide technical input, make production equipment reliable, solve problems technically to eliminate "quality obstacles", propose innovative solutions.Managing and organizing the maintenance of tooling and machines.Producing procedures and standards and training people on standards, supporting the employee in work methodologies, operating processes and tools.As a launch leader for some projects of your site, you will also coordinate the integration of new products and processes in the site, supporting the definition of necessary plant means, coordinating their implementation, defining and managing capacity means, monitoring the start of production for new products (run@rate).Qualifications:Engineering level of Mechanical, Industrial or similar branches.Good level of English.Strong communication skills.Aware of plastic injection, blow molding process (blow molding is preferred).Familiar with robotics systems, automation system (PLC knowledge is preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
