From the order initiation, you will be responsible to manage all the different steps that will lead to the final delivery.You will participate in the work related to planning monitoring, quality and CSR issues (components and suppliers certifications, traceability…) and supplying matters in general. You will be in direct contact with all the suppliers of the group, and will be the point of contact to our clients for all the subjects related to Production. You will be working directly with the Production Director regarding upcoming orders and ongoing productions.As a Production Manager, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment and will be challenged in an ever-evolving industry. You will be given the opportunity to evolve according to your adaptation and willingness to do so, but your main responsibilities will be the following.Your main responsibilities :Clients relationship:Be the point of contact for our brands on all the subjects related to Production: daily discussions with them to inform them on the evolution of their orders.Responsible for all the Production samples: OK Prod, PPS, Size Set…Production Planning:Efficiently manage the entire order cycle: from receiving and initiating production orders to coordinating with suppliers.Schedule and oversee the execution of final deliveries, ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards in collaboration with clients and manufacturing facilities.Production Documentation:Facilitate the flow of critical documentation among all relevant parties, including the preparation of product composition files and the acquisition of fabric and material certificates.Production Testing and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance:Coordinate the preparation of materials and products for testing purposes, liaising with various laboratories to ensure compliance with our quality and CSR standards.Lead the audit process, from planning to execution, ensuring all production activities meet our CSR objectives. This includes obtaining necessary certifications and ensuring continuous compliance with industry standards and regulations.Production Quality:Manage our team of external quality controllers to validate the final productions before deliveries.Inform, discuss and negotiate with brands to validate their shipments.Depending on your willingness, you will also be able to go directly to our partner factories to monitor productions when required, and participate in quality controls.Production Labelling:Oversee the ordering, reception, and distribution of all labels required throughout the production process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.What will you bring to the team?A positive mindset, great communication skills and long-term vision.A specialisation CSR is a plus.An experience in project management : rigorous, determined and comfortable with responsibilities.A quick and flexible learner, intellectually curious, open-minded, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and excited by dynamic changeFluent in English and Portuguese.
