Bragança site looking for a Production & Logistic Supervisor Overall Responsibilities And Duties The main objective of the job is to manage and apply the tools available that support logistics and manage the team organized in GAP's (Autonomous Group of Production).Organization: Responsible for 15 to 25 operators working on the same shift.The Main Missions Of The Role Are QCDP Performance: Develop the objectives fixed and manage the necessary tools to achieve them:Propose and follow QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People); Ensure the necessary training and motivate different work teams to improve performance (QRCI, 5S, etc.); Define objectives QCDP for the different GAP's: SCRAP, MPM's, PDP; Achievement, Absenteeism, number of accidents, Improvement Ideas, etc
