Reporting to: UX Manager - Product Platform, Henrique Guedes

Your team: You will mainly be part of a team of 14, including 1 UX Manager, 1 UX Assistant Manager, 1 UX lead, and 10 product UX designers.

What will you do As a Product UX Designer on our team, you will shape user experiences by leading the design of key features and projects. Your responsibilities include:

Defining user experience flows. Developing new product concepts. Crafting user stories. Designing product concepts and high-fidelity prototypes. Designing detailed UI layouts and creating benchmarks. Documenting UX and UI strategies. Collaborating with product and technical teams to transform designs into impactful products. This role combines creativity and problem-solving to create meaningful user experiences.

What You'll Bring Proficiency in collaborative design environments. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, think critically, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Solid grasp of interactive elements, micro-interactions, and animations. Clear understanding of the entire UX lifecycle, with a track record of designing successful apps and products. Deep passion for digital product development and a commitment to excellence. Written and spoken English proficiency. What's in it for you?
