Product Specialist Diagnostics

Randstad is currently seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist Diagnostics to integrate the team of one of our clients.

Responsabilidades Chave:
Coordinate, support, and implement international sleep diagnostic projects from procurement planning to regular operation (both B2C and B2B) in coordination with the international Homecare sales team;
Support and oversee test placements;
Plan and conduct training sessions/events with customers;
Develop concepts in the field of sleep diagnostics for new markets in collaboration with the international Homecare sales team;
Manage international existing customers;
Responsible for performing/coordinating 1st and/or 2nd level support;
Plan and conduct product presentations (international);
Participate in international trade shows and conferences;
Gather product-related requirements and needs from various markets and systematically forward them to the development department;
Gather marketing-related requirements and needs from various markets and systematically forward them to the marketing department;
Monitor market developments for new products and concepts;
Observe competitive activities;
Create reports for the associated LM subsidiary in Spain and the company headquarters in Germany.

Competências:
Degree in medical technology or a comparable field;
Experience in international work in the medical technology sector;
Preferred areas: sleep diagnostics, sleep apnea treatment, respiratory medicine, neurophysiology;
Ability to adapt to different cultures, work styles, and mentalities;
Willingness to work flexible hours;
Languages: English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese. Confident communication skills in both spoken and written form;
High level of independent and solution-oriented action in daily tasks;
Willingness to travel internationally;
High communication skills;
Basic knowledge in IT and networking, as well as medical/anatomical knowledge related to sleep diagnostics and Homecare;
Confident appearance in product presentations and product training sessions.
