Joom Marketplace helps consumers to make shopping easy and entertaining and provides access to high quality goods from around the world. Currently, the team is developing the direction of product research. We are looking for a researcher who will help us with regular testing of new product ideas and identifying product growth points related to the user experience of our applications and websites. Our main area is international e-commerce, but experience in this field is not obligatory. The main thing is the ability to interact with clients, good task prioritization, a structured approach to organizing projects, and clear communication of research results to clients. We value a results-oriented approach and do not like to work "for the sake of working." Researchers at Joom are deeply involved in the work of client teams, track how research influences decisions, and directly impact the development of products and the company. Responsibilities Conducting product research (mainly UX and CX) from setting the research question to preparing the report and communicating the results to clients Usability testing (both moderated and unmoderated) Unmoderated quantitative UX research In-depth interviews User surveys Working with secondary data (user feedback; data triangulation together with the analytics team) Requirements Education in psychology, sociology, or marketing Experience conducting qualitative research (either on the client side or in an agency) Experience conducting quantitative research on the client side Knowledge of statistics English language proficiency at C1 level Good skills in preparing and communicating results to clients Willingness to work on unconventional projects Preferred Knowledge of other European languages We are offering Flexible working hours and 22 days of paid annual leave Relocation package to Lisbon, Portugal, if needed Extended health insurance for the employees and their families, including dental care coverage 100% paid sick leaves Personal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate library Daily meal allowance Annual team retreats #J-18808-Ljbffr
