We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic development team. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role collaborating with the Business Unit, forming a strong partnership to conceptualize and craft cutting-edge Digital Products. Your responsibilities:Identify & Streamline Business Operations: Anticipate business needs, proposing innovative solutions to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency for both business teams and employees;Align Stakeholders with Product Vision: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build the products' vision, goals, and objectives;Prioritize Features Strategically: Evaluate and prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and demand;Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Maintain clear transparency and provide consistent visibility on the roadmap, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed;Strategically Refine Product Backlog: Prioritize the product backlog to ensure it accurately reflects evolving business needs.Your skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);At least 3 years experience.Proven Product Ownership: Demonstrated expertise as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment;Experience in business analysis, translating business needs into feasible solutions, in collaboration with the technical team;Excellent organizational and project management skills;Experience leading Low-Code implementation initiatives (preferred Mendix) is a good plus;A deep understanding of agile methodologies and adeptness in navigating the intricacies of product development processes;Familiarity with utilizing software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent platforms;Experience in functional testing and usability testing is a good plus;Having an outcome-driven approach to problem-solving;Be a great communicator;Fluency in English (German is a plus).What can we offer?Competitive salary and benefits package;Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects;Collaborative and innovative work environment;Professional development opportunities to enhance Mendix and other relevant skills.If you're a skilled Product Owner with a passion for innovation and a drive for excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
