YOU!Key Responsibilities:Own the product roadmap and vision for our Salesforce products, taking into consideration market trends and client needsWork closely with the development team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product roadmapConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvementDevelop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notesServe as the subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related projects and provide guidance and support to the teamAct as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any product-related inquiries or concernsMonitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionalitiesStay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and continuously improve product knowledge and expertiseQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystemIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing CloudProven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projectsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisionsSalesforce certifications (e.G.
