Key Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap and vision for our Salesforce products, taking into consideration market trends and client needs
Work closely with the development team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product roadmap
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes
Serve as the subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related projects and provide guidance and support to the team
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any product-related inquiries or concerns
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionalities
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and continuously improve product knowledge and expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Product Owner, Certified Administrator) are a plus
