Research and track the latest trends in R&D and innovation in the international market, specifically in the areas of energy management, electric mobility, and fleet management. Conduct benchmarking analyses with national and international competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation opportunities. Ensure that the roadmap has a pipeline of innovative and out-of-box new services and features. Assess value, develop cases, and interact with the delivery manager to prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy. Plan product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Identify partnerships and collaboration opportunities to enhance the product and service portfolio. Perfil ideal Degree or Master in Computer Science, Management Informatics, or similar. Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in technology or energy companies. Strong background in information technology and understanding of software development principles. Previous experience in the energy sector is mandatory. Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features. Minimum 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proactive mindset and ability to think creatively and innovatively. Ability to work effectively in an agile environment, adapting to changes and evolving priorities. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
