We are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d) to strengthen our team!
In this role, you will: Acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.Work in close collaboration with the Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) to understand and implement the product vision and product requirements.Working closely with the project manager (PM R&D) and other product owners to meet commitments made regarding arrival time, costs and quality goals.Incorporating requirement tickets from the product management backlog into development planningTransferring the PLM requirement tickets (Epic Level / URS) to user stories (SRS), including the creation of test cases/descriptionsCollaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.Creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and up to date.Defining acceptance criteria and accepting the implemented stories.Working closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.Conduct regular reviews and participating in retrospectives to continuously improve the development process.Communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that product goals and requirements are understood and met.Be responsible for supervising product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. We're looking for someone who has: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Developer, Requirements Engineer or similar role in software development.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is preferred.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude, being capable of translating complex requirements into clearly defined tasks.Independent working style and high self-motivation.Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA.Fluency in English.
