Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Shape the future: Align and shape automotive software services and products for future market needs as a Product Owner in a global team. You will have the responsibility for product development;
Create new things: Actively drive the features for a product in close alignment with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Dev Team and UX/UI Designers. Organize the backlog, bring the technical strategic aspects into it, and refine business requirements;
Take responsibility: Lead the development and shape the software product within the Business Areas product portfolio. Clarify feasibility and timeline according to product roadmap, as well as ensure integration capability of components within the product;
Implement reliably: Be invested and engaged in the success and sustainability of the product feature development and the delivered quality;
Open communication: Openly communicate and engage in necessary conversations to refine and shape the feature implementation and roadmap.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Degree in Computer Science or similar;
Experience: Collaboration in an international and intercultural environment and basic experience in software development (e.g: cloud, microservices, frontend, rest APIs);
Know-how: Expertise in requirements engineering, basic knowledge regarding design, implementation and documentation of software components by/and usage of state-of-the-art tools;
Enthusiasm: Understanding of agile development and motivation for development cycles with short feedback loops and an open agile mindset, knowledge with agile methodologies;
Personality: High sense of responsibility, good team player, good communication skills and coordination skills;
Working style: Structured, systematic and transparent working style with a high ability to understand complex topics;
Languages: Proficient with English.
