Takeownership of the product vision and strategy, incorporating market trendsand customer demands to define the product roadmap and prioritize topicsfor discovery or development.Collaborateclosely with various internal teams to translate product requirements intoclear user stories, detailed specifications, and actionable tasks.Act as thevoice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to continuallyrefine and enhance the products 'user experience.Makeinformed decisions about trade-offs between features, scope, andresources, maximizing the value delivered to customers while meetingbusiness goals.Regularlycommunicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders,ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization by includinginternal and external stakeholders when useful and appropriate.Championuser-centric design and ensure the product meets usability standards.Collaborateeffectively with design and development teams, fostering a culture ofinnovation and creativityYour profile Bachelor'sdegree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. +3 years ofexperience as a Product Owner, ideally in a startup or fast-pacedenvironment. Exceptionalcommunication, facilitation, and negotiation skills to convey the productvision, align stakeholders, and drive consensus. Experienceworking in the renewable industry or with Wind turbines specifically Strongproject management skills, with the ability to prioritize work, managetimelines, and adapt to changing priorities. Passion forstaying updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emergingtechnologies.
